We had a lovely stay with our toddler. The concierge service was incredibly helpful, guiding us towards family-friendly activities in Ciutadella. Free WiFi was available throughout the hotel, making it easy to plan our adventures and stay connected.

My wife says that a kids' play area would enhance the family experience.

my stay at nou sant was quite enjoyable! the location is perfect for exploring as it's in the city center. the room was spacious and matched the pictures well, aside from an odd choice of chairs. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the late check-in process hassle-free.

I loved the perfect location right in the center of Ciutadella, making it easy to explore shops and bars nearby. The spacious Superior Double Room was beautifully decorated, and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and willing to assist with everything we needed.
